As a company dedicated to making the 3D printing experience as easy as possible, BuildTak specifically developed a three-part system to eliminate the hassle of print removal -- the FlexPlate System!
The system includes three components: the BuildTak FlexPlate, a unique Magnetic Mounting Base, and a standard sheet of BuildTak. Together, they comprise a system that makes the print removal process easier than ever. How does it work? Simple. Peel back the adhesive liner to attach our unique Magnetic Mounting Base to your print bed, apply a BuildTak sheet to the FlexPlate, and magnetically attach the BuildTak-coated FlexPlate to your base. Perform a one-time adjustment to your z-height to compensate for the added thickness of the FlexPlate System, then begin printing. When printing is complete simply remove the FlexPlate, flex, and pop your prints right off!
