Shipping Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Free Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Qualified orders will have free shipping will be automatically selected at checkout. Transit time for free shipping is minimum 3-5 business days. However, expedited options are available at a fee and calculated based on your region.

Worldwide Shipping Policy

We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on most products. Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items to countries outside the U.S.

Cancelled Orders

All unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, your order may be returned to us for a refund minus the shipping cost, even if the product had “free shipping."


Except where noted below, we accept returns for all unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for return. Any request for return after 30 days will not be accepted. 

All returned items should be in their original packaging and contain all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents. Any missing items or items that have been modified, damaged due to misuse or neglect, or have otherwise been subject to actions or conditions which would void the manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for return. Please contact the product manufacturer for any warranty issues or claims.

Non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all return and original shipping costs, even if the item was “free shipping.” All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items Not Eligible for return

  • Opened items where the original seal has been broken
  • Used items – items that have been installed or modified from “New” condition
  • Items purchased more than 30 days from the return request
  • Sale/Clearance/Discontinued items
  • Opened Consumable items – e.g, filament, resin, casting material
  • Digital/Downloadable items – e.g, gift cards and software
  • Items not purchased from 3DMakerWorld, Inc.

3D printers, 3D Scanners and accessories vary by model and are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer in addition to this policy. Please inquire regarding the return policy of individual equipment. For 3D printer kits, no returns will be accepted for any kit that has been opened. Only new, unopened 3D printer kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase. As some printer manufacturers require that printers be sent in their original packaging for repair, we highly encourage customers to keep any and all original packaging for at least for the entirety of their warranty period.

Refunds will be automatically credited back to your credit card or the original form of payment once it is approved. Any returned items deemed non-defective upon return to us will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We will notify you of the arrival of your return as well as provide the approval or rejection of the return.

Any rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Any rejected returned processed over 30 days past our receipt will be disposed of -- no refund will be issued.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
