The Hakko T15-DL32 tip is similar in shape to the T15-D32 except the reach of the tip has been extended from 5mm to 10mm. This extension results in an elongation from 1.6mm to 7mm for the two opposing facets of the tip. The T15-DL32 tip was added to the T15 Series of tips in March 2010 due to high demand in the European market, at which time it was made available as a non-stocking item to the North American market. The status of the T15-DL32 tip has now been changed to a standard stocking tip for the North American market.
