These High Resolution Experimental nozzles conform to strict manufacturing and engineering guidelines, but might still need more know-how and practice than others in our range. This collection is intended for very very tiny printing while still utilizing the internal geometry of V6 Nozzles. They're optimized to reduce back-pressure, ensuring a smooth, easy flow of filament while improving the effectiveness of retraction. The flat surface tip of the nozzle which flattens down the layer is custom machined to each nozzle size.
Brass nozzles, featuring E3D’s signature internal geometry, have optimal thermal properties for everyday printing, providing smooth layers for standard non-abrasive applications. Rated to a max temperature of 300°C.
