The HardCore Pro is easily distinguishable, since the aluminium cooler is now red and the block has a multilayer metal and final hard plate finish. The Hardcore is a drop-in replacement for the standard Print Core AA. The internal and external thermal properties now exceed those of the original block. The heater and temp sensor have better contact with the block and the mass is lower. All improvements on the original Print Core AA. Hardcore ships with tools for nozzle change and choice of nozzles. The HardCore can only use Hardcore (Hardcore Pro & Hardcore Everlast) nozzles. Mixing other nozzles/ blocks will destroy both block and nozzle. All Hardcore nozzles are surface hardened brass and of exceptional quality.

There is no 0.25mm nozzle for PVA BB, you can use an 0.25 nozzle for the Hardcore (AA), but it will sometimes drip a little unless you very carefully tune the temperature.
