Artec 3D education packages bundle a professional 3D scanner with a lifetime Artec Studio license, a 2-year warranty, and two years of software upgrades, at special pricing for teaching, training, and non-commercial research. Educational Premium Packs are also available, extending coverage to 5 years for worry-free ownership.

Educational Premium Packs: 5 years, all included
For longer coverage, Educational Premium Packs extend the benefits to 5 years on most models, including 5 years of Artec Studio upgrades, an extended warranty, and Artec Care on eligible models, plus model-specific accessories such as batteries, a protective case, a turntable, or a calibration kit. Who qualifies for education pricing?
Education pricing is for scanners used for teaching, training, and non-commercial research. Eligibility is based on how the scanner will be used rather than only the type of organization. Contact us and we will help you check whether your project qualifies.
Can an education package be used for commercial work?
No. Education packages are for educational and non-commercial research use only. For commercial projects, see our standard Artec 3D scanner pricing and Premium Packs.
What does the lifetime Artec Studio license include?
The license is yours to keep and use permanently. Every education package also includes 2 years of free major upgrades, so you receive new versions of Artec Studio released during that period.
Is training included?
Education packages include 2 years of access to selected Artec Academy online courses. Delivery, on-site training, and installation are not included in the package price. Contact us for training options.
Can licenses be transferred or resold?
No. Artec Studio licenses included in education packages cannot be resold or transferred to other users.
